THURSDAY SPECIAL: Rand Paul and Dan Bongino FULL SPEECH

I was able to attend the Baltimore County Lincoln Day Dinner, where Dan Bongino introduced Sen. Rand Paul (and Bongino gave a tiny bit of a farewell speech too). It's inside.

Overall it was a good event. Large amount of turnout, nearly every seat was filled.

At the end, when people were leaving, some nutter got on a chair and started screaming. He was ejected.
